How we work
Six steps from the first call to the final walk on a finished roof. You know what happens next at every stage.

Call or send the form
Tell us the address and what you are seeing. We call back to set a time for the inspection.
Free roof inspection
We go up on the roof, check the attic if you allow it, and look at the gutters and siding. Damage is marked and photographed.
Written estimate
You get the photos and an itemized estimate: materials, the work, and a per-sheet price for any deck that has to be replaced.
Scheduling and the permit
Once you sign, we book the dates and arrange the building permit your village requires.
The work
Tarps down, tear-off, deck repair, ice barrier, underlayment, shingles, flashing and vents, in that order.
Clean-up and final walk
The yard and driveway are cleared and swept for nails, and we walk the finished roof with you.
On the job
What to expect on work days
- The crew arrives in the morning and needs the driveway clear for the dump trailer.
- Expect hammering and nail guns through the day. Pictures on inside walls under the roof are safer taken down.
- If rain is coming, the open part of the roof is covered with underlayment before the crew leaves.
- Nothing is left on the roof or in the yard at the end of the day except what is needed the next morning.
